Here it is.
My first blog post of 2015.
Oh, and the first one since June of 2014.
And that brings me to why I’m here.
My new year’s resolution is to get back to blogging, at least once a week for the next year. Ever since I had Iris (over three years ago!), I’ve let life get in the way of one of my very few creative outlets. I have a wonderful family, wonderful friends, a wonderful job, but because of all this wonderfulness – not a lot of extra time. This year, I’m giving myself a little of my “me time” back and getting back to blogging, something I really miss. Sure there’s Instagram, but I’ve had a blog of some sort back almost 15 years and I’m not gonna stop that easy.
So, happy New Year and… here we go!

i too, have enjoyed following you throughout the years. right before iris was born i found you on IG and it feels like i know you (ha!).
cheers to another new year and new beginning! it’s important to take time for yourself (as i remind myself of that every. day.), and even though my blog posts are sparser than i’d like, it’s for me to be ME! so, however many posts you pump out, enjoy!
