I honestly have no clue how I made it through my college years without this stuff. I know I’m just way behind the times, but Downy Wrinkle Releaser (travel size especially) is ah-may-zing. If you travel as much as I do (or just really hate to fold clothes), this magical spray is a must carry for your back pocket.
A big part of my job is planning and carrying out our company’s annual convention. Every year it takes place in a different location, somewhere in the US. This year it was our 106th annual meeting and it was located in Anaheim, California. After months of planning and 5 busy days onsite, it’s hard to believe that it’s actually over! There’s still a lot to do now that I’m back and then of course we’ve already started planning for next year’s convention. Anyways, that’s what I’ve been up to. My friend Brandy (aka Brains) reaaally wanted to go to the beach for her birthday this year. It didn’t quite work out, so at the last minute we decided to bring the beach to her. Everyone is sick of the winter weather, so why not play dress up and pretend that summer has already arrived? I’ve posted some of my favorite photos below, but the rest (all 68 of ’em) can be viewed on Flickr.

Every once in a while I come across a new product that I can’t believe I ever lived without. Other times I realize how much one item is a part of my everyday routine. Either way, I thought I would share my favorite products as I realize my love for them.
The first product that I’m professing my love to was introduced to me as a Christmas gift from my mom. This teal labeled bottle is on the expensive side, but it leaves your hair feeling (and smelling) like you just left the salon with each use. This product, I love.

This winter has been terrible. The snow and the cold temperatures have most certainly worn out their welcome. However the only thing that seems to make me forget about how miserable it’s been is a good, ole fashioned girls night. I’m talking champagne, dinner, girl talk, and board games. A few of us got together at our friend GL’s house a couple weeks ago and we brought along our dogs. We ALL have Bichons, with the exception of Brandy. Check out the cuteness…
