yesterday i woke up to find that our water was turned off due to construction on the sewer lines outside. desperate for coffee, i came up with the idea of frying ice to get the water my mr. coffee needed. insanely creative or intensely desperate? which ever, it worked.
i’ll be in memphis again, but just for a couple a days. this sunday through wednesday. catch me if you can.
Just returned from spending a few wonderful days in Kansas City. Hung out with friends, ate buckets of good food, drank more Miller Lites than Nick Leche himself, shopped a bit on The Plaza, & rocked out to some SPOON in Lawrence.
