Startin Off Right

The weather has officially shifted from chilly to perfect & we’ve been taking full advantage of it. The front of our house has gotten a makeover, lots of playing with our new pup, get-togethers with friends, lots of wedding celebrations, & even a lil’ picnic on campus Sunday afternoon. Here are a few shots from the last week (just click ’em to enlarge).

Look What We Got

On Friday Laura & Eric adopted a new lil’ puppy named Olive and I as soon as I met her I fell in love. Turns out she had a sister that had yet to be claimed. By the time Sunday rolled around, I just knew that we had to give her a home. Her name is Sadie & she’s the sweetest thing in the world (besides Olive of course).

A full update will be coming up soon. Things have been hectic, but really good. Our business is doing amazing, I am due to graduate in December, and wedding plans are coming right along thanks to my wonderful friends & family.

A Few Months Worth

Ah, it’s been so long since I’ve made a real update. So what have I been doing? Good question.. let’s see.. there was Christmas in Memphis, Todd’s birthday, a roller skating party, the beginnings of wedding planning, winter break (which is just about over, but at least I’m technically now a college senior), the take over of Guitar Hero, Bittersweet Styles becoming even better thanks to working w/ Todd, oh and so much more. I should just let the pictures do the talking… (btw – now you can click the images if ya want to see them bigger).

We got a new camera for Christmas and it’s amazing.

New Years!

autographed Justin Timberlake shirt I got for xmas from Cory & Karen!

We rented out the roller rink & played dress up.

Just a few from the last week or so..

While I was in Memphis I went through some old photographed & scanned some of my favorites.

This is when my friends and I stood in line to meet Jonathan Brandis, who sadly passed away a couple of years ago. I remember we were upset because we had to pay $5 for this Polaroid and not only was he licking his lips mid-flash, but there’s a big finger print on it too. My mom, however, was upset because I got him to autograph my blue jeans. I totally wore them to school the next day… hopefully not with that purple silk shirt in this picture though.

Speaking of my mom, I also found my favorite old photos of her:

That’s all for now, except for one last picture of a junior high dork:

Eighty Six Photos

This post is an assortment of photos from all the things I’ve been busy with over the course of the last couple months. The most exciting thing I’ve saved for last – my best friend’s wedding!
So, here come a trillion photos…

Random shots…

The Paper Hearts played a couple of shows:

I’ve still be entering in Seth’s weekly MySpace Photo Challenge.
(Requirements: Moustache, Stick, & a Jug of Milk)
This was my (late) entry last week:

Somehow Northwest Arkansas got a Sephora and a Forever 21 on the same day. How did we get these stores before Memphis or Little Rock? I don’t know and I don’t care, cause I’m in love…

Last month Laura & I took a weekend trip to Memphis for Kerri’s Bridal Shower.
Here are just a couple from that trip.

I also turned 26!
I celebrated my old age by having a fancy dinner with friends & then a party.

A huge group went camping at Long Pool, AR (the same place we went last year).

Finally, I had the best three days ever in Memphis, getting ready for Kerri & Joel’s big day.

Bachelorette dinner & drinks on Thursday

Got manis & pedis a bit too early the next morning, but it turned out a fantastic way to start the day.

A delish rehearsal dinner at Bosco’s.

Getting ready on the wedding day…

My dad took these two (he played the music while they walked down the aisle):

They had a margarita machine & I had a poloroid camera.

Kerri’s dress was amazing!!! (handmade by her sister in Bali)

Once the wedding was all said and done I was exhausted. So what did I do?
Go to a Lucero show on Beale Street.
It turned out to be the perfect way to say goodbye to Memphis.

Why did we do this?
